I just placed an order. When will it be shipped? We appreciate your trust! We process and prepare your footwear for shipping within 3 to 6 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking code.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? We work with the best logistics partners to ensure your ConforBella arrives as soon as possible. Delivery time is, on average, 7 to 15 business days from shipment. You can follow every step of your footwear's journey through the tracking link we provide.
What should I do if my order does not arrive within the expected time? Your peace of mind is our priority. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective? Our promise is one of non-negotiable quality. If, for any reason, your footwear arrives damaged, we will send you a new product completely free of charge, without the need to return the original item. We just need you to send us a photo of the shoe as soon as you receive it so we can resolve the situation quickly. Your satisfaction is our focus.
What is the return policy? We believe you will love your ConforBella, but if you need to return it, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with European laws. The footwear must be in its original condition and show no signs of use.
